Read a despatch No 1 of 1856 dated 9th January from the Honble Court of Directors replying to letter No 60 of 1855 and stating that they are of apinion that the appointment of Mr.Reily principal sadder Ameen of Dinagepore to officiate as Civil and Sessions judge most illegal as will as impolitic and that they approve of the communication made to the Bengal Government on the Subject.
