To Secretary - Purformed that Mr. Anckland colin a Junior unpassed Civil Servant allotted to the Bengal division of the Presidency has been transfered to the North Western Provinces the Punjab and Aude and requests that from the next following set of Civil Servants sent out and from Engaland one more may be allotted to Bengal and one less to the North Western Provinces
