To Secretary - With reference to his letter dated the 7th Ultimo sanctions the payment to the Poang Rajah of an allowance of Rs. 1000 a year from the # of 1859/60 and requests the opinion of the Lieut. Governor on the proposal of the Commissioner to remove the tract of country in the possession of the Poang Rajah from the Juridiction of the Regular Courts.
