Read a Dispatch from the Honble the Court of Director of dispatch No. 9 of 1854 noticing now receipt of mills and account from the recorders court in the Straits settlements # those forwarded by the Government of India on the 29th May 1847 and desiring that such documents be forwarded quarterly.
