Read Courts Dispatch No. 39 of 1854, approving plan which requires the Bombay Government to submit an annual Estunale fo Public works to be undertaken, and desiring that the same plan he laid down for the Presidency of Fort St. George the Court expect eurly report of the arrangements for reorganizing the Department of Public works.
