To Governor of Stracts Settlements - With reference to previous correspondence encloses copy of a Despatch from the Honble Court No. 49 dated 19th July last & requests that he will report at large upon the state of Education in the settlements & their wants in that respect & advice Government as to the steps to be taken to give effect to the Honble Courts intentions.
