From - In reply to letter of 30th Ultimo - Relating to the Execusive Charges made in his office for furnishing copies of accounts states that such a Charges is never made in any but Closed accounts and as is optional with parties to take copies or not be submits that the long existing charge should not be disturbed unless the total charged on copies of account in ordinary Estates can be considered to be a just grivance to the #.
