Transmits copy of one from the Superitendent of Marine, reporting that he made it a Condition with the Agent of the Ship Johames Sarkies that if the Bombay Comiets & the Guard were sent in her, no charge should be made on account of Mrs. Bowle's not taking up the Passage to Van Dreman's Lord Engaged for her. & stating that until he read the Copy of Major Wyllie's letter he did not know that a charter Party Passage was no more than 96 Rupees, & that no thing to the Kind is recorded in his Office that he can trace, nor can he find that passage to Europe has ever been engaged at so low a rate & Offering observations.
