The Secretary in this Department having submitted a received copy of the Rules of the examination and Control of the newly appointed Members of the Bengal Civil Servants including the alterations sanctioned by Government under date the 6 Ultimo and other alterations that circumstances have rendered necessary the G. G. in C. approves of the received Rules and directs that they he adopted.
