Turner an unpassed Civil Servant who was permitted to study at Azimgurh has exceeded the full time of eighteen months from the date of his initiatory examination allowed foracquiring a requisite knowledge on two of the Native languages Requests him to call upon Mr. Turner to assign any reasons why he should not he dealt with under chause XVI fo the Rules for the examination & control of the newly appointed Members of the Bengal civil Service & # from the service requested also in submitting Mr. Truner`s reply to add any remarks that he may wish to offer.
