To Post Master General Benal - With reference to the above observes that this is the second time that a packet addressed to Kedgeree has been brought on to Calcutta and under the circumstances explained would not direct a prosecution against the Commander of the Lancifield for his neglect but requests that the Post Master General at Hong Kong be addressed on the subject as suggested by the Bengal Chamber of Commerce in their letter dated 17th Ultimo.
