Post Master General Bengal - With reference to the concluding portion of the 2nd para of letter of the 12th Instant submits for information copy of a communication already addressed to the Post Master General at Hong Kong respecting the non delivery certain Packets and letters at Kedgeree by the Commander of the Lancifield and instructing that officer to forward a Notice in future, to the Commander of the Vessel by which any packets may be dispatched informing him that such a Mail is quite distinct from that for Calcutta & must be delivered at Kedgeree.
