To - With reference to a communication from the Government North Western Provinces dated 17th Ultimo requesting that Lieut Colonel Drummonds services may again be made available to that Government for continuing the further exploration of the Iron beds along the fce of the Kumaon Hills, requests to place (If available) the services of that officer at the disposal of the Lieut Governer for the purpose as above indicated and that this be communicated tot he Government North Western Provinces with a request that the terms on which it is proposed to employ Lieut. Colonel. Drummond may be settled & submitted for approval & sanction of this Government.
