To Secretary - Transmits copy of Court Despatch no. 1 of 1857 dated 28th January relative to the delay in furnishing the annual Commercial returns of the three Presidency with refer thereto requests that there may be no unnecessary delay in forwarding the returns of subsequent years requests further that the - which have led to the delay in sending - the returns of 1855/56 may be partisulary enquired in to reported to this Department for the information of the Honble Court.
