In supersession of Notification of 18th January 1856 declares that Government medical officers are entitled to remuneration for attendance ont he families fo those publice servants whom they are bound to append grataitonely except in the case of the families of Military officers staff or Regernental & of Chaplains & assistant Charplains but not the families of Command Military officers in Civil Employ.
