Read a Despatch frm the Honble court of Despatch No 93 of 1857 dated 8th July remarking that the Despatches respecting the Resolt of the Native Army should have been out by Marseilles instead of by southamplons & desiring that all letters on important subjects & on subjects of particular interst be rent via Marseilles.
