Secretary- Reports receipt of a letter from the Judge of Tepperah dated 21 Instant event of the sepoy muting at Chittagong & the measures he has adopted for the security of the Jail & Treasure and requests that a steamer be sent to that station - also reports that from official letters since read hood appear that the sepoys broke out into nauby with night of the 18th & have carriedaway all the treasure & ammunireation in for & Elephants Relling ###.
