Secretary-Reports that the Mr. N.Courtney Col. of Puna has been appointed Commissioner for the Bombay Resedency for the purpose of enquiry into and reporting upon the Indian Postal System ,and requests sanction to the grant of a permanent deputation allowance at 10 Rs. per # , also a monthly allowance in lieu of Tentage which Mr. Courtney present receives.
