Under Secretary - With reference to letter of 7th October last reports issue of instructions to the General Post Office directing the discontiunance of the practice by which the Europe Mails from the Rangoon Steamers coming up the River Hooghly and transferredat Sangor to the outward Steamer of the P&O Company.
