To Medical College - Sanctioning employment of 3 or 4 passed graduates of the Medical College on Rs. 100 per month with an allowance of 1 Rs. per dien for 3 expenses each of there officers to leave under him 2 # or high Caste Hindoo Assistants on 10 Rs. per month and 4 Rs. a day as # expenses etc. and 100 Rs. per month passed for contingencies.
