Read a letter from the Honble the Court of Directors No. 13 dated 6th August 1845 requiring to be furnished with the Returns and Estimates called for by an order of the House of Commous relative to the Number and discription of the Proops in Scinde with the expence and the receipts of Revenue from that Provinces.
