From Major I.R.Qusely States that the Agency is so weak in respect to Officers that he cannot send Lieut Tickell or any other Officer to survey the line between Calcutta and Nagpore , and that it is his intention to visit certain parts in the neighbourhood of Hazareebaugh, which will enable him to fill in a great portion of that line. Adverts to the appointment of Additional Officers and extra deputation allowance to Lieut Tickell if appointed to the survey.
