Secretary Bombay - Reports that in the confident expectation that the measure will not with the approval of this Government a Communication has been made to the Court of Directors recommending the intitution of two Normal schools in the Bombay Presidency and the entartaintment in England of a Principal vice Principal and Head Master for each on Salaries for the first of Rs. 600 and for the two letter of Rs. 450 per month.
