From - With reference to the Resolution in that Department of the 24th June 1854 forwards copy of para : 28 & 29 from a Dispatch from the Court of Directors No. 1 of 1856 dated 9th January disapproving of the resolution to admit to provisional pensions on retirement subject to the Courts decision, such of the class of servants designated Shroffs as may be considered deserving.
