To Secretary - In Cont. of letter of the 16th April forwards Copy of a further Despatch from the Court of Director no. 13 of 1836 dated 12th March on the Subject of the sonthal Insunection address that copy of the 4th Para of the Despatch will be communicated to Major General Lovd and Brigadier Bird through the Military Department.
