Forwards to the Military Department copy of Courts of Despatch No. 7-13 of dated resply the 13th February and 12th March last which reviser the Proceedings connated with the sonthal Insuration and request that the 4th para of Despatch No. 13 be conmmunicated to major General Lloyd and Brigadior Brid.
