To Secretary - Forwards Extract from Courh Despatch no.1 of 1855 in the Statestical Department dated 21st February accompanied by 50 Copies of the Gazetter referred to therein with a view to their distribution ameng Public Officers employed under Government as may be deemed best qualified to afford the assistance and information required by the Court for the protuction and application of a work that shall canvey full and faithful accounts of the present state of the E. J. Pays Territories. The Officers to whom the Gazetters are sent should be instructed to return them either six months with there remarks.
