To - Forwards for consideration and orders papers regarding the cases of two old Tehseeldars in the Madras Presidency who were restored to their appointments on the report of the Medical Board the pronounced by the Collector under whom they served to be unfit for Congee service, with the remark that the head of the office in which a public servant is employed is best able to declare whether such servant is or is not incapacitated for further employment by old age # and that if the necessity of Producing a Medical Certificate be in sister on in such cases the Public Service must continue to be burdened by persons who the incapable of dischargency their duties with efficiency from old age are yet so far sound in mind and body that in medical man will certify them incapable.
