From Secretary Reports that the Honble Sir. S. K. Casnac Bt. having resigned the Government of Bombay and returned to English the Honble Mr. G. W. Andesson has assumed charge of the Office of Governor and the Honble Mr. I. H. Crawford has taken his sest as 4th Member of Courncil.
