Forwarding for disposal a Memorial from Assistant Surgeon E. C. Bensley, in Medical Charge of a Civil Station, observes that, in the opinion of the Military Department, the prayer of the Memorial, viz., that the rates of pay laid down in G.G.O., No. 370 of 1867, should be entertained.
