From Secretary General Committee of Public Instruction - Submits with the consent of the Managers of the Instituation a modification of the Rules of the Hindoo College with a wiew to greater efficeincy by bringing this College under the Code of Requlations prepored by the General Committee for all other Educationl Establishments superintended by the Committee.
