From Secretary - Requests instructions to the Civil Architect to prepare Estimates with Plans applicable to certain improvements to the Hindoo College and including the periodical repairs which part of the Buildings require. States that the General Committee will ascertain if the Native Managers will contribute towards effecting the desired improvements.
