From Board - In replyt o letter. Submit copy of correspondence with the Medical Board relative to establishing a Probationary Quarantine at the New Anchorage. Suggest that any further precautions be for the present suspended & that the Port Surgeon be withdrawn leaving the Management tothe discretion of the Quarantine Master, and that in lieu of the present Guard 2 Burkundazes be entertained, enclose copy correspondence with Mr. Officiating Commissioner Walters & the Medical Board on the subject of Vessels from the Laccadive & Maldive Islands coming to Chittagong performing Quarantine.
