From Post Master General - With copy of a letter from the Post Master in Tirhoot stating that he cannot vouch for the correctness of the Post Office duties as he is frequentluy absent on duty. Suggests that Mr. Wilkinson be informed that he will be held responsible until he has an Assistant to whom he can transfer the duties in question.
