From Secretary to the Governor General - The peremptory nature of Courts Orders relative to Dr. Grant Editor of the Government Gazette precludes Government from any course but that oif obedience. The Vice President in council will consider the expedience of appointing a Committee to report whether the publication of the notices of Government & generally its printing business may not be separated from the periodical Press and to report also upon any claim the Orphan School may be considered to possess in case of a transfer of the printing work of Government.
