From Accountant General - With reference to Courts letter No. 46 of 1832 suggest that the Sub Treasurer be directed to cancel on the 30th April next the 8 per cent Treasury Note issued to the Civil and Military Funds in India and to issue in lieu therof other Certificates for Treaury Notes bearing Interest at 5 per cent per annum crediting the several funds with the difference of Interest and charging the same as a donation from the Honble Company.
