From Acting Secretary - Transmitting copies of Minutes by the Members of Government and of a Dispatch to the Court of Directors suggesting Measures fro Ameliorating the distressed condition of the Civil Servants of that Presidency in consequence of the extensive modes of reduction in the Pubic expenditure. Request the sanction of this Government to the immediate adoption of the Measure.
