Resolution - Taht the college be maintained on its presnet footing under the option left to Government by bourts letter of 17th Decmber 1827 - The Sercutary to the College vested with the Superintendance of the Students in Calcutta or Mofussil to being all repeated irreqularited to notice of Vessitor who will lay the case before Government for removal of Offending party from the Presidnecy - that it be recommended to the Court that such Writer as prove incorringbly desobedient be snet to England or transferred to the Military Service.
