The Secretary - Reports that on the receipt of the Public General Letter from the Court of Directors dated 5th May 1824 it was sent in a private from with its Enclosures to the Advocate General for his opinion as to the disposal of the forms which accompanied it His reply having now been receved Ordered on Paras 4- 9 of the above Letter were issued on the 10 February last.
