Board the right of Lieutt Boyees to supersed officer of junior rant to himself on the Command fo any one of the Cruizers serving under the orders of this Government having been Established suggest that a Communication on the subject be made to the Batrian Government in order that Lieutt Boyee may be placed in Command of one of the Cruizers on the Java Stations.
