L. S. to Mr. W. C. Ross. - Replying to his letter of the 25th November last observe to his letter of exhibited a degree of Insubordinate conduct to the acting Resident best under the circumstances of his case the acting Resident has been instructed to place him in some situation to which he may be entitled also to pay him the allowances of a writer out of employ equal to those on the Bengal Establishment.
