Board - On the subject on the subject of employing the Pilot Vessels in transporting Troops etc submit copy of a letter from the Master Attendant & concern with him in opinion as to the unexpediency of directing those Vessels from the proper line of their duty further particulars relative to Marching of Troops to & from Diamond Harbour by the new road etc.
