To Officiating Secretary - In reply - Stating tht Mr. Colebrooke on his aereval at Aclcutta applied for 3 years leave of absence, he has been informaed that the Governor General in Concil authorizes his return to England but is unable to grant him leave for a lunger period then one year. and that Mr. Spiers Gaarautee has been accepted and deposited in the General Treasury.
