To Governor - With reference to the foregiong representations from his Predecessor connected with the administration of the Land Revenue at the 3 Settlements, in forming him of the appointment of Mr. W. R. Young as Commissioner under Act X of 1837 and Enclosing copy of Instructions issued to Mr. Young for his guidance and desiring him to render the Commissioner every assistance in the Execution of the duty Entrusted to him.
