L. S. to In reply the Commander of the swift should have applied to the Magistrate at Chittagong for such Medical aid as might have been requisite. The Surgeon at Chittagong has no clain to additional personal allowance for the duty; but any contingent charges in incurred are to be submitted for determination this the Magistrate.
