Submits copy of their Proceedings on the subject of a Minute by Lieutt. Colonel Mactier, Colling in question the acts of the Commisary General Dated 21st August 1850l, recorded on the Boards Proceedings of the 13th Idem, on an appeal by Lieutt. Colonel Curtes, regarding certain losses of Barley for which he has been held responsiblke to Govt. state that the Board's Proceeding s on the latter question have been submitted with their Report no. 1505 Date 9 Instt. the Majority of the Board have deemed it necessary to subnmit the present question intirely unconnected with any other Proceeding, considering it of importance that the decision of Govt. shold be obtained separately on points connected with the duties of the Mmbers of the Board Observe that the remarks of hte Commissary General of teh 8th June wre submitted with therein report no. 1024 of the 29th July last on the Amount percentage of losses in teh Deptt. & that copies of the portion of the Commanding General's Memo. of 8th June.
