Commissioner_ states his intention, if approved by Govenment, of sending 500 Tons of Pepper to china, and to notity to the supra cargoes that the same quantity will be sent annually_ Expects to have 1200 Tons of pepper by the end of February which he hopes Govrnemnt wil enable him to send to Europe.
