Draft of a letter to the President and Council of Fort St. George intimating their intention of sending the Ankerwyke to them for a full cargo for Europe, promising to send them a sufficient quantity of saltpetre to complete the tonnage of the ships from their port, and observing that the quantity of saltpetre produced this year will not be sufficient to answer all demands.
