Chief Secretary - In reply to a Communication of the 10th January last regarding Mr. Sinchair states that an advance of 24 days table allowance at six rupees per day was made on his Account and the same for other Officers which being two rupees per day above the allowance fixed by Government a deduction equal to the overplus to be made from any sums which may be due to Mr. Sinclace or the Officers and asked on the as pedition.
