Extract from a General Letter from the Court of Directors, inthe Secret department dated the 26th August, 1796, intimating that ships will be sent to Madras for conveying home the property captured from the several dutch settlemes and directing the transplantation of spices produced incountiries captured from theDutch into the company territories.
